CVO License Auto-Update stopped in New Console Agent

Issue

The CVO cluster was discovered in New Console Agent, the CVO license auto upgrade stopped and the CVO status in canvas page reports "Loading-Data"

Cause

The CVO cluster was not removed from the Old console agent post discovering the cluster in new console agent, due to which the license stopped auto update and CVO cluster status reported as "Loading-Data".

Solution

  • Remove the CVO cluster from the old console agent.
  • Re-discover the CVO cluster in the new console agent.
  • Post re-discover, the license started getting auto updated and the CVO status was accessible.doc_207369_image_1.png
