Issue

Post migrating from a node-based to a capacity-based (PAYGO) license in NetApp Console, customers observe billing charges for Cloud Backup Service (CBS) despite not using CBS. Additionally, charges appear for subscriptions that are not configured in NetApp Console or activated in AWS.
