Issue

  • Backup service is not available, NetApp Console displays "Something went wrong. NetApp Console is preparing the Connector. Please wait a few moments".
  • Backup button is greyed out and displays "Failed to determine service status"
  • cloudmanager_cbs container is not up, from docker ps or podman ps output.
