Unable to Deploy Agent into an Existing Organization

Issue
Unable to add and deploy a new Agent into an existing Organization and getting error:
"Error: Organization with name xxxxx already exists."
Cause
User account that is being used to add and deploy the Agent is not apart of the Organization
Solution
Ensure that the user deploying and adding an agent to he existing Organization is a member of the Organization with proper roles
