Issue

Attempting to deploy an FSx system in BlueXP shows a continuous spinning circle without the setup progressing.

Cause

Permission ec2:CreateSecurityGroup missing in the policy to deploy a working environment

Solution

Add the ec2:CreateSecurityGroup permission to the policy assigned to the role to deploy FSx systems
