Issue
New Agent (Connector) VM for the NetApp console has caused multiple Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) instances to show a “
failed” status.Cause
The IAM role attached to the Connector (Agent) VM was missing required AWS permissions to manage and monitor Cloud Volumes ONTAP instances.
Solution
Attach or update the IAM role assigned to the Connector (Agent) VM to ensure it includes all required AWS permissions for Cloud Volumes ONTAP management as per NetApp documentation.
