  • WS agent fails to connect data collectors with Failed to determine health of the collectors after two retries, try restarting the collector agent(Error Code: Agent008)

  • WS agent error log:
State response of collector [60971749-5923-4f9c-a5bb-9499f47b167c] is: {"error":{"code":"InternalError","details":[{"code":"InternalError","message":"Failed to configure fpolicy on SVM <SVM_NAme>6. Reason: Missing value for zapi field: events. ","target":"audit"}],"message":"Connector is in error state. Service name: audit. Reason for failure: Failed to configure fpolicy on SVM <SVM_Name>. Reason: Missing value for zapi field: events.
  • Restarting the agent and updating the password again in the data collectors as per the document didnt help
