BlueXP Cloud Backup and Restore Tab lost configuration

Issue
- BlueXP shows no backups and claiming Backup needs to be activated when trying to access the Backup and Restore tab
- Backups were configured and working
- When checking OnCommand SystemManager we can see all Relationships do still exist and are healthy
- When activating backup an error An error occurred with the CBS Serveris seen on the BlueXP timeline.
- Received error status: ECONNRESET from: https://api.bluexp.netapp.comis seen on- CLOUDMANAGER-CBS-JSON.LOG
