The OpenStack Manila service cannot create new file shares

Issue

  • Due to a hardware failure, one of the storage nodes(node02) in the HA cluster was successfully taken over by partner node(node01).
  • Although the takeover process was completed without any problems, the OpenStack Manila service was unable to create new file shares
