SolidFire volume shows more disk utilization than what shows up in Openstack instance

Issue

When running Openstack with a SolidFire backend, there is a difference in the space usage from the Openstack instance and the backing SolidFire volume.

The SolidFire volume shows 99% used while the Openstack instance's disks shows 5% used.
