Issue

OpenStack Cinder is not deleting old snapshots as expected causing production volume space to fill up due to undeleted snapshots
Customer has to manually delete snapshots to avoid running out of space. No recent environmental changes reported
Issue observed with a tenant using consistency groups; other tenants not affected since they were not using consistency groups.
