Working Environment not showing in BlueXP

Issue
- Working Environment not showing in BlueXP
- The customer received
Cloud Manager Connector is Down
notification - From the BlueXP browser, the Connector status is
N/A
- The Working environment is disappeared from the BlueXP browser
- From Connector > Manage Connectors, the Notice indicates
Change instance required
- Click Learn more, it says
This Connector’s instance nolonger meets the minimum CPU requirements. The instance type should be changedto t3.xlarge.
- The rebooting of the BlueXP instance has been tried, it did not help
