Unable to send autosupport from CVO when connector is used as proxy

Issue

  • Autosupport http status failed on http-put-destination and http-post-destination components.

                 Status: failed
                 Detail: HTTP/S PUT connectivity check failed for destination:
                         https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/ via proxy -
                         XX.XX.XX.XX:3128. Error: Possible Proxy Authentication
                         issue.
      Corrective Action: Ensure the user-id and password are set correctly for
                         the proxy URL.

                 Status: failed
                 Detail: HTTP/S POST connectivity check failed for destination:
                         https://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup
                        via proxy - XX.XX.XX.XX:3128. Error: Possible Proxy
                         Authentication issue.
      Corrective Action: Ensure the user-id and password are set correctly for
                         the proxy URL

  • Autospport invoke shows http transmission-failed.
