How to enable "Automatic Rollback" on Blue XPConnector to troubleshoot failed CVO deployment

Description

Procedure to disable automatic rollback of VMs created during CVO deployment from Blue XP Connector, to troubleshoot failed CVO deployment.
 
NOTE: 
  1. Post troubleshooting, To delete the GCP CVO VMs from failed rolled back with automatic rollback turned OFF, Delete or Remove Working environment of failed deployment from Blue XP UI 
  2. Confirm delete of CVO deployment from  AWS console Cloud formation stack or Azure portal Resource Group deployment resource  or GCP console deployments manager to avoid incurring cost.
  3. Avoid deleting the CVO VMs directly from Cloud Provider as it results leaving other associated resources of CVO deployment other than VMs (IPs, load balancers etc.,) intact.
