- Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO)
- Failed CVO deployment
- Automatic Roll back of VMs created
Description
Procedure to disable automatic rollback of VMs created during CVO deployment from Blue XP Connector, to troubleshoot failed CVO deployment.
NOTE:
- Post troubleshooting, To delete the GCP CVO VMs from failed rolled back with automatic rollback turned OFF, Delete or Remove Working environment of failed deployment from Blue XP UI
- Confirm delete of CVO deployment from AWS console Cloud formation stack or Azure portal Resource Group deployment resource or GCP console deployments manager to avoid incurring cost.
- Avoid deleting the CVO VMs directly from Cloud Provider as it results leaving other associated resources of CVO deployment other than VMs (IPs, load balancers etc.,) intact.
