Alert in Cloud Manager GUI:
 
Action Required. We recommend that you enable an Azure feature that reduces unplanned failover time for Cloud Volumes ONTAP HA pairs and provides NFSv4 support.

High availability mode isn't enabled on this Azure subscription
NOTE: Azure HighAvailability mode is an Azure feature. Not having it enabled does NOT impact the cluster's HA capabilities from an ONTAP perspective.
