From Cloud Manager Logs:

2022-04-07 18:05:56,779 UTC ERROR [Change License And Instance Type] [XXXXXXXX] [XXXXXXXX ] [John Smith] (simplicator-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-25206) [SimplicatorServerActor:284] ******************** Simplicator request to http://localhost:8080/ZapiProtocol/shutdownNode failed: Could not migrate LIFs away from node: Failed to migrate one or more LIFs away from node "CLUSTER001-02". Use the "network interface show -curr-node CLUSTER001-02" command to identify LIFs that could not be migrated off that node. Use the "network interface migrate" command to manually migrate the LIFs off the node. Reissue the command with "-skip-lif-migration-before-shutdown" to skip the migration and continue with takeover.

EMS log shows spamming:

Error: Attempt to move IP X.X.X.X to eni-00001XXXXXXX failed because AWS prevents IP moves outside of the ENI's subnet. If the problem persists, contact technical support personnel for assistance.

Each node in the cluster has a different instance type:
