Issue

  • One of two nodes fails to boot new image during ONTAP upgrade and boots to Waiting for Giveback on the older version
  • Giveback fails due to RAID label mismatch.
  • Attemp to change boot image results in error:
XXx xx 13:19:21 [xxxxx-01:bootfs.env.issue:error]: Environmental variables cannot be accessed or saved on the boot device (error initializing tmp env file /cfcard/env/env.tmp: error = 7, resid = 13).
