BlueXP reports "Operation Download Cluster Image wasn't completed" for CVO upgrade

Issue

  • Upgrading CVO in BlueXP results in a download failure message:

  • Error:Operation Download Cluster Image wasn't completed

  • Connector SERVER.LOG reports the image successfully downloads, but there is a timeout:
