Issue

  • Customer rebooted a node from system Manager.  The node never came up for a long time.
  • Node doesn't come up after upgrading to IMDSv2 in AWS and stays in a 'waiting for giveback' state.

 From EMS logs :   Sun Mar 30 16:00:02 +0000 [xvo-01: statd: cf.partner.ready.giveback:info]: Partner is booted and ready for giveback.
