Answer

  • This error can be seen in the logs for several reasons. Most commonly is just after a reboot of the Edge. This is due to to the fact the License Management Client (LMC) service started after Tservice. In this case you will see the error print once or twice in the log. 
  • In the event you are seeing the error pinting repeatedly, this could indicate an expired license or the inabilty of the Edge to communicate to the License Managment Server. In that case you should open a case the the Global File Cache support team for trouble shooting.
