Global File Cache Edges will not connect to Core, rebooting the Core allows the Edges to reconnect

Issue

After upgrading to CrowdStrike version 7.11.18110.0, Edges are unable to connect to the Core. Rebooting the Core will allow Edges to reestablish connection.
