Unable to log in to BlueXP/Data Infrastructure Insights using NSS/SSO credentials

  • Single Sign On (SSO)

Issue

  • Attempting log in to Data Infrastructure Insights using NetApp Support Site credentials fails with error.

Oops! Something went wrong.
The provided email address was already registered using the "Sign in with NetApp" option. You’ll need to log in using that option. Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.

Example:
Unable to log in to BlueXP/Cloud Insights using NSS/SSO credentials

  • Attempting log in to BlueXP/Cloud Manager using NSS/SSO credentials fails with error:

Oops! Something went wrong. The provided email address is already associated with Cloud Central user login credentials. 
you'll need to log in with this email address and password that you created. Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.
