Issue

  • Unable to access CI tenant or the federation setup page to import the new IDP server certificate.
  • Error seen:

Login Failed 
You may have pressed the back button, refreshed during login, opened too 
many login dialogs, or there is some issue with cookies, since we couldn't find 
your session. Try logging in again. If the problem persists please contact 
NetApp Cloud Support. 
access_denied: Invalid thumbprint (configured: 812D7xxxxxxxxxxD. calculated: 4140A11Dxxxxxx)
