Telegraf agent connect to CI fails with timeout error as shown below in "telegraf.log"
[agent] Error writing to outputs. http: Post https://<tenant_url>/rest/v1/lake/ingest/influxdb: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
[agent] Error writing to outputs. http: when writing to [https://<tenant_url>/rest/v1/lake/ingest/influxdb] received status code: 503. body: <!DOCTYPE html>
