Issue
The capacity full alert is getting generated in cloud Insights for one volume and the Servicenow ticket has been created for the same alert.
Hence the necessary action has been taken to increase the space on volume and resolved the Servicenow ticket but after some time the same Servicenow ticket is getting reopened for the same alert.
