DII WS AD Collector Disconnects Intermittently

Issue
- WS AD collector goes down intermittently
- Sometimes it recovers automatically or sometimes manual restart of collector is needed
- Errors in GUI:
User Directory Collector <collector_name>' is disconnected. Users' information is not updated
Connector is in error state. Service name: usersLdap. Reason for failure: Failed to retrieve LDAP users. Reason for failure: Cannot connect on the server, the connection is null
