Cloud Tiering fails to create container with timeout

Issue

  • When setting up Cloud Tiering, the step to create container or bucket fails with:
    Error:Failed To create container. Timeout awaiting 'request' for 50000ms
     
  • Additionally, connector's server.log shows:
    {"log":"[2024-07-12T10:37:11.915] [server] [ERROR] [X] [25536006] [lib.azure.blob-management.ts] Failed to create container.  request to https://rg.blob.core.windows.net/test12345678?restype=container failed, reason: tunneling socket could not be established, statusCode=503\n","stream":"stdout","time":"2024-07-12T10:37:11.916098225Z"}
