Issue

  • Working Environments (WE) that originally were shown as healthy suddenly show as failed within BlueXP.
  • The WE may also show "Connection refused: OCCM/xx.xx.xx.xx".
  • The WE are fully operational when viewed from the AWS EC2 portal or when connecting to the WE using putty or a similar utility.
