Unable to unsubscribe from Cloud Manager in Azure

Issue

When attempting to unsubscribe an unused SaaS subscription in the Azure resource group, the following message is displayed on the Azure console:
 
"This subscription's unsubscripton has failed, and the unsubscribed plan is still NetApp Cloud Manager - 1-month"
