Unable to access the BlueXP tiering Dashboard : "Something went wrong"

Issue

  • When accessing the BlueXP Mobility > Tiering  or Governace > Classification , BlueXP returns the error  "BlueXP is preparing the Connector. Please wait a few moments"
  • BlueXP Timeline reports the task "Update Containers" failing with the error below:

Error:Failed to start containers error: Removing cloudmanager_traefik cloudmanager_credentials is up-to-date occm is up-to-date cloudmanager_static-file-server is up-to-date mysql is up-to-date Recreating a8fbcb9bba5a_cloudmanager_traefik ... cloudmanager_message-poller is up-to-date cloudmanager_health-checker is up-to-date Host is already in use by another container Recreating a8fbcb9bba5a_cloudmanager_traefik ... error ERROR: for a8fbcb9bba5a_cloudmanager_traefik Cannot start service cloudmanager_traefik: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint cloudmanager_traefik (adcb9255dbb97031e418dc202f0fb4b9a1ccc8125276c99b58f3a10ea6dcae14): Error starting userland proxy: listen tcp4 0.0.0.0:443: bind: address already in use ERROR: for cloudmanager_traefik Cannot start service cloudmanager_traefik: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint cloudmanager_traefik (adcb9255dbb97031e418dc202f0fb4b9a1ccc8125276c99b58f3a10ea6dcae14): Error starting userland proxy: listen tcp4 0.0.0.0:443: bind: address already in use Encountered errors while bringing up the project.
