Setting BlueXP connector on-premises fails with error AADSTS90072

Issue

When setting BlueXP connector on-premises according to Step 6: Set up the Connector, entering NSS account name and password on the screen that accessed "https://ipaddress" shows error:

Message: AADSTS90072: User account '<NSS ACOUNT>' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant '<TENANT>' and cannot access the application '<ID>'(BlueXP) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
