Purge Cloud Snapshots are failing

Issue

We see the below errors in the server_log for the snapshot deletion:
 
2021-11-16 11:39:27,788 UTC ERROR [Purge Cloud Snapshots         ] [aFqGBAK6] [             ] [System         ] (simplicator-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-28923) [SimplicatorServerActor:265] Simplicator request to   http://localhost:8080/AzureProtocol/...e=rootxO7eehmM failed: The client 'c0c28973-26fd-420c-9eca-62b9e8c67f31' with object id 'c0c28973-26fd-420c-9eca-62b9e8c67f31' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.Compute/snapshots/delete' over scope '/subscriptions/417a7b33-ae28-4936-a9f9-12c9ef710b14/resourceGroups/RG-MEL-NETAPP-STORAGE-02/providers/Microsoft.Compute/snapshots/rootxO7eehmM' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials. Code: AuthorizationFailed
