Answer

  • The RHEL 7.9 native repos aren't supported with BlueXP connectors 
  • Because of RHEL subscription incompatibilities the ONLY Docker version available for RHEL 7.9 natively, is Docker 1.13.1-209
  • Docker 19.3.1 is only compatible with RHEL 7.9 on IBM zSystems s390x
  • To install a connector on a system running RHEL 7.9, other than IBM zSystems s390x machines, use Docker CentOS 7.9 repos
