Issue

  • GCP connector in 'inactive' state in SaaS UI
  • The connector vm host is up
  • All connector containers are up and running
  • Telnet proves that all required ports are open
  • Ping succeeds from/to the connector host
  • Survey Tool doesn`t indicate any issues
