Issue

BlueXP connector deployed in AWS doesn't work correctly which is behind the Zscaler. To make the connector works correctly, the customer installed the certificate file public.pem manually in the connector using keytools:

keytool -import -alias teiid -file public.cert -storetype JKS -keystore server.truststore

After installing the certificate the connector was able to go in active state. But when deploying a new CVO instance customer has the following Error when he tries to set the IAM Role manual during CVO installation:
