Cloud Manager is having problems updating to the next version

Issue

Cloud Manager notifies that a newer version is available in the GUI.
 
However, after Cloud Manager upgrades, the version in the lower left corner of the GUI does not change, and Cloud Manager reports that the same upgrade is available again.
