Issue

Cloud Manager fails to add additional disks to an aggregate.

Cloud Manager's timeline will show the following error message:

"You have exceeded your maximum gp3 storage limit of xxx TiB in this region. Please contact AWS support to request an Elastic Block Store limit increase. (Service: AmazonEC2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: VolumeLimitExceeded;"
