BlueXP feature to add disks to Aggregate fails due to the error:

Error:Status of Vsa Working Environment [id: VsaWorkingEnvironment-exxxxxxd, name: AZURECVO01, ip: 10.xx.xxx.xx,10.xx.xxx.xx] is FAILED
Error:Actor not found for: ActorSelection[Anchor(akka://oncloud/), Path(/user/ConfigurationActor)].
