BlueXP Timeline is not populating any entries

Issue

  • When entering the Timeline in BlueXP using the default filters and agent, a message No Table Data is displayed.
  • Attempting to change the filter options, remove and rediscover environements does not populate any entries or only populates the last 6 hours of entries
