Issue

When trying to active CBS from Backup and Recovery tab, button appears greyed out:
 
 
Activate Backup button shows greyed out and TLS connection error
 
Additionally, this error is seen under several Backup and Recovery tabs:

Client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established
