AWS - Increasing capacity on an existing CVO aggregate fails

When attempting to increase the capacity on an existing CVO aggregate using the connector UI the capacity fails to increase and no error message appears in the UI. The only indication of an error is shown in the connector's timeline. The error "You are not authorized to perform this operation."  is seen in the timeline.
