What are the reasons users cannot log into Cloud Insights?

Answer

There are multiple reasons why user cannot log on to Cloud Insights, let us identify some of them here.

  1. User who try to log on to Cloud Insight see the following error in a web browser.
     
    • Reasons users cannot log into Cloud Insights
       
    • Answer
      • Remove browser cookies or try to access Cloud Insight using browser "incognito" or "private" mode
      • Check and confirm again if the Cloud Insight Tenant URL is correct. Example.
        • https://tenant.c*.cloudinsights.netapp.com
           
  2. Cloud Insight login attempt throw the following error
     
    • Reasons users cannot log into Cloud Insights
       
    • Answer
      • Remove browser cookies or try to access Cloud Insight using browser "incognito" or "private" mode
      • Try using different browser
      • Confirm, if your user account and role is created in Cloud Insight Tenant
  3. Are you able to log on to "Auth0" before logging into Cloud Insight?

    • Answer
      • Remove browser cookies or try to access Cloud Insight using browser "incognito" or "private" mode
        • Try to log on to CI using tenant URL e.g. "https://tenant.c*.cloudinsights.netapp.com"
        • Try  "https://support.netapp.com"
        • Try "https://bluexp.netapp.com"
      • Share the result with NetApp support if you are still not able to log on to CI even though you can log on and see other NetApp sites mention above.
