  • If you are trying to log on to Cloud Insight (CI) URL and getting one of the error/screenshots mentioned below, NetApp support needs to check for duplicate user entry.

    The provided email address is already associated with Cloud Central user login credentials. You'll need to log in
    with this email address and the password that you created. Using multiple login methods with the same email
    address is not supported.
