Issue

  • EMC Unity data collector inventory fails with following error in WebUI.

Configuration error: Error while loading shared libraries cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

  • Following error observed in the logs.

ERROR [com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.BaseDataSource] xxx [Failed to execute external utility] - Failed to find Unisphere executable uemcli ([Device name XXX]: Failed to find Unisphere executable uemcli ) com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.DataSourceErrorException: Failed to find Unisphere executable uemcli

  • Running uemcli /stor/config/pool show command from Remote Acquisition Unit server failed with below error.

[root@XXX bin]# uemcli /stor/config/pool show

Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection
Operation failed. Error code: 0x100000a
The system was unable to connect to the storage server. (Error Code:0x100000a)
