Unable to see Backups and edit Backup policies within BlueXP

Issue
- Backups are not showing in BlueXP even though snapshots are being taken and transferred to object store.
- Ad-hoc backups fail to complete and stay in a queued state.

Error:Some of the volumes backup may have failed. Backup failed for Volume with id xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx, The request to update database failed due to bad request.Please contact support
- When applying a Backup retention policy to a volume, the below error is seen:
Error: Some of the volumes backup may have failed. Backup failed for Volume with id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Relationship with destination netapp-backup-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx_vol_dst already exists.
