Issue

  • BlueXP Cloud Backups are failing with the following error:

Cloud Backup and recovery retention delete operation for <source volume> in working environment <source cluster name> triggered on <timestamp> has failed. Job id: <> For more details about this failure please go to Cloud Backup job monitoring and review job details.

  • Cloud Backup Service was successfully updating, however 0 bytes of data were being transferred.
