BlueXP Cloud Backup and Restore Tab lost configuration

Issue

  • BlueXP shows no backups and claiming Backup needs to be activated when trying to access the Backup and Restore tab
  • Backups were configured and working
  • When checking OnCommand SystemManager we can see all Relationships do still exist and are healthy
  • When activating backup an error An error occurred with the CBS Server is seen on the BlueXP timeline.
  • Received error status: ECONNRESET from: https://api.bluexp.netapp.com is seen on CLOUDMANAGER-CBS-JSON.LOG
