Issue

  • Single node Azure CVO upgrade.
  • Possibly created with availability sets before they were available in Azure.
  • License change has occurred and node has not been rebooted after change.
  • Upgrade does not progress in NetApp Console.
  • Azure console shows node in a boot loop with error prior to reboot:

Warning: there do not appear to be any disks attached to the system.
No root volume found
