While preparing container images according to Container images and corresponding Kubernetes versions for Trident 25.02, downloading registry.k8s.io/sig-storage/csi-resizer:v1.13.0 fails with error:
# podman image pull registry.k8s.io/sig-storage/csi-resizer:v1.13.0
