Backups of PVCs using Commvault application failed

Issue

When trying to backup PVCs using Commvault application, if fails with the following error:

Warning FailedMount  xxs (xyy over xxm)  kubelet  MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "pvc-xtxtxtxt-xxxx-yyyy-zzzz-yxyxyxyxyxyxy" : rpc error: code = Internal desc = unable to mount device; mount failed: exit status 32, output: mount: /var/lib/kubelet/pods/..../volumes/kubernetes.io~csi/pvc-xtxtxtxt-xxxx-yyyy-zzzz-yxyxyxyxyxyxy/mount: /dev/mapper/3600a....xyxyxyxy already mounted on /var/lib/kubelet/pods/.../volumes/kubernetes.io~csi/pvc-....../mount.
